For Sale: House next to ours. Clearly the realtor isn't too motivated, so I figured I would help out. Wanted: Nice young family, but willing to consider other family types as well. Young playmates for my children preferred. Wife/Mom who likes to have fun also preferred. So come be my new neighbor, and you can borrow a cup of sugar whenever you want. I'll even bake you fresh cookies. Deal? Awesome.

I promise to buy that house in 2 seconds if you can get Dave a job in the area paying at least $100,000. Deal? (PS- just for the record, I have planned a post with this exact same title, except featuring my car. Whenever I get around to it. Apparently, we think alike! MIND TWINS!!!)

I would love to be your neighbor!!! But sadly it wasn't in the cards. We miss you guys and the girls. I am going through some serious withdrawls. We need to plan a get together soon. There is a nature reserve that is close by my place that gives alot of walk/photo opportunities. There are tons of other outdoor stuff to do around here so maybe we can look for a day that will give us some sun and plan it out.

If Steve was looking for a house house I'd say he might consider it. But he's looking to buy a duplex plus it's too far north. He's looking to buy Between Bothell and Everett.
Good luck though, i hope someone good will buy it! I'd love to be your neighbor just not in the cards sadly.
Also, we need to hang out soon too! I am done w/ school for the summer after the week of the 13-18th! So let me know, I'll only have work to worry about. Also, as you know I bought a bike so maybe we could go on a bike ride or something w/ the girls. I'm pretty "rocky" right now and probably out of shape so don't know how far of a ride I can do but I'd love to do it sometime over the summer w/ you and the girls.

Wow, Sabrina, I didn't know you and Steve were looking for houses- that's great! That house next to Shani's is super nice, do you think you'll be able to find something like that down south somewhere in your area?! Good luck, looking at houses is really fun- keep us posted :)
